Lynn Pruitt, GRP, Director of Relocation and Referrals
As relocation director, Lynn receives, assigns, and follows up on all referrals from associates, brokers, corporations, affinity programs, and relocation management companies, as well as develops, trains, assists and maintains a team of relocation-trained associates. She oversees performance, follow-up, and communication to ensure a very high level of service to the relocation management companies, corporate transferees, and broker referrals. She is responsible for marketing relocation services/programs to local corporations, relocation management companies, other real estate brokerages, and all other sources of potential business. She utilizes associates to develop corporate accounts. She develops, maintains, and improves relationships with relocation management companies, corporations, and network brokers with the intention of securing and maintaining these sources of referrals.
Rachel Nichols, Corporate Liaison
As Corporate Liaison Director, Rachel’s expertise and personal experience with relocating equip her to provide concierge services to companies transferring associates to Birmingham without the assistance of a relocation company. With welcome packets, custom welcome baskets, school and neighborhood tours, rounds of golf, theater tickets and much more, this Birmingham experience provides associates firsthand knowledge of working, playing and raising a family in Birmingham.
