Paul Hanlon has always been interested in residential real estate. After 10 years of working for a global company in commercial real estate, leasing office space in over 32 countries, the transition seemed natural when he joined the LAH Florida office in February 2021.
Paul aims to show his clients how to increase the value of their homes. On the seller’s side, he provides input on the small investments that can add so much value, while on the buyer’s side he helps clients envision a house becoming their home. Paul’s number one goal is to serve, not to sell. He serves his clients by being available and working hard for their best interests. He provides local knowledge of the area. Being that most buyers are out-of-towners, Paul is there to guide them with his local expertise, so they can make an informed decision.
The Florida Realtor and his beautiful wife of 25 years have three grown children and 4 grandchildren with number five on the way. In his free time, Paul and his wife enjoy going to the beach, walking their 13-year-old rescue dog, who recently rescued them and their newest hobby of paddle boarding. Despite not being able to read a note, Paul taught himself guitar by ear. He also enjoys playing golf, even had a hole-in-one!
