Agent Spotlight Malcolm Bethea

Being in commercial real estate for about 40 years, Malcolm S. Bethea has seen almost everything that can happen in real estate. Even with so much experience, it seems a new situation or a different issue arises almost daily. That is what makes real estate so exciting and interesting for Mac. Though he enjoys all facets of commercial real estate, he focuses on the multifamily segment, brokering for third parties, and buying and selling on his own account. Mac loves being able to provide clean, safe and well taken care of properties to those who need a place to live.

The experienced agent joined LAH Commercial about 5 years ago and considers it a wonderful working environment that he enjoys. Mac has brought a great deal of experience to the commercial team, and he enjoys the professional and nice attitudes of everyone affiliated with LAH.

Mac has been married 43 years to his high school sweetheart and has been blessed with 3 grown children and 6 wonderful grandchildren who all live in Birmingham. In addition to enjoying time with family, Mac likes to play golf on occasion, cheer on Auburn sports, travel and garden. He even volunteers at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

The LAH family is proud to have Mac Bethea as a part of LAH Commercial!
