Nicole Crawford, AL REALTORĀ®

I have over 15 years experience working with older adults and those with dementia related disorders. My goal is to help seniors and their families with the process of planning for health service needs, downsizing, and real estate goals. I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from UAB and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from University of South Florida. I also hold a Category II Assisted Living Administrator’s License for Alabama.

My years of experience working with older adults and health care management has given me a unique perspective and skills set for real estate needs of older adults and their families. I have worked with families moving to retirement communities for many years and I have helped my own parents downsize. I understand the compassion, knowledge and professionalism needed to make a transition in living arrangements easier for your entire family. I can also meet the needs of families who live out of town and need local resources to help their loved ones during this transition.

While working with older adults is my passion, I have an innate desire to help others of any age. Becoming a real estate agent has given me the ability to help anyone sell their current home so they can find the home of their dreams.
