Lawrence-Arendall-Humphries Real Estate, Inc. was formed in the spring of 1992 by three businessmen who made a commitment to form a different sort of real estate company. The new owners felt that Birmingham, Alabama did not need just another real estate company, but it did need an unusual kind of real estate company. LAH's focus is more on the quality approach instead of the quantity approach to marketing and selling real estate.

Our growth goal is to remain medium sized, because we are not
convinced that big is always better. By controlling our size we can act
and react to your real estate needs with greater speed and efficiency.

Only with all the facts can you make a wise decision. We will not
tell you what we think you want to hear, but instead will tell you
what you must hear. We want you to trust us. Our advice will be in
your best interests, even though that advice will not necessarily be
the best for us. You are our highest priority. We understand that our
reputation is being established by our next transaction with you.
We place a high priority on education and training. Training is constant
in our company, whether it is orientation for new agents, or advanced
training for experienced agents, or one-on-one direction as the sales
situation dictates. Working with trained professional from LAH means
better service, professional counseling, and a satisfactory transaction.
