MAURICE HUMPHRIES - After spending his childhood in Athens, Georgia, and swimming on full scholarship for The University of Georgia, the secretary/ treasurer of LAH entered the Birmingham real estate market in 1977. Married and the father of two children, Maurice has real estate experience in commercial and residential site acquisition and development, real property management, office and retail leasing, and commercial sales.
