Meet Tyler Davis, one of our new Realtors!
I’m a residential Realtor with LAH and I primarily assist buyers and sellers in Birmingham’s urban neighborhoods. Neighborhoods like Crestwood, Forest Park, Highland Park, Homewood and many others provide residents with quality of life factors like access to great parks, sidewalks, dining and shopping, and are all a short trip to our resurgent downtown and its amenities. I’ve always loved Birmingham and live in Crestwood with my partner David and our chatty ginger cat, Wanda.
My real estate business also gives me a voice to promote Birmingham and educate consumers through my blog, www.BhamBricks.com. I TRY to post new content at least once a week and topics include highlighting city neighborhoods, advice about the home buying process and even pictures of our recent trip to Puerto Rico, J amongst others! I love thinking up new and valuable information to share about Birmingham and real estate.
Before starting a career in real estate I worked in higher education as an Admission Counselor for four years at my alma mater, Birmingham-Southern College. I left BSC to go back to school and earned an MPA (Masters in Public Administration) with a concentration in nonprofit administration from UAB. Oddly enough, my degree led to my interest in real estate, which I think combines my interest and love for Birmingham neighborhoods with my background in sales and customer service. I love working and connecting with wonderful clients and look forward to the adventures and challenges that come with a real estate career.
Outside of work I love to cook and experiment with new recipes, drink a hoppy craft beer with friends, and keep up with most any TV drama series. Some of my all-time favorites are Friday Night Lights, The Wire, Breaking Bad, Mad Men and most recently, House of Cards.
